Kicks: Keep stretching daily on you own! 10 minutes. Increase in distance is critical to test.
- Crescent kick tornado crescent kick
- 270 crescent kick
- Back fist, reverse punch, hook kick, jumping back kick
- Turning hook kick, round house kick
- Jumping reverse round house kick
(kicks are head high)
Self Defense: (Each self-defense movement should lead to a controlling position)
- Escape from mounted position: (from arms sprawled in a strong base and from a choke)
- Escape from a head lock standing and two positions on the ground
- Standing choke from behind (show two escapes)
- Bear hug (show eight moves to escapes)
- Grab around opponents body (waist) without their arms, show escape
- Full nelson attack from behind (show two escapes)
- Front choke hold (show six escapes)
- Front wrist escapes (show ten escapes)
- Arm held behind back at ninety degree angle (show one escape)
- Grab to right and left shoulders (show take downs and escapes)
- Wrist locks and take downs from chest grab (show two defenses)
- Show ankle lock escape

One Steps:
- Punching combination, 4 punches to a throw
- Elbow and knee to a shoulder lock take down
- Guillotine to the ground choke

- Strike with your elbows and knees, follow up with a shoulder lock takedown

- Than, add a high, middle, low kick to the previous two steps
